Customer Portal Registration Guide
Your Customer Portal is designed to give you greater control over your mortgage information through a secure and convenient online experience. Access is protected using your unique identification number, helping to ensure that only you as an authorised user can view the account. Through the portal, you can safely access, review, and manage important mortgage documents at any time, whenever it is convenient for you.
This short guide shows how to register in a few steps.

For security reasons, your mobile number and email address must match the details you originally provided. If you experience issues during registration because your contact information isn’t recognised, please update your details here: mydetails.steponefinance.co.uk first. Please allow up to two working days for the changes to be processed in our system before attempting to register on the Customer Portal again.

Quick start
Step 1 – Click the link in your Welcome Letter or go directly to myaccount.steponefinance.co.uk to start your registration.
Step 2 – On your first visit, you’ll need to register for your Customer Portal before you can sign in.
Step 3 – You’ll be asked to verify your identity using a code sent to your email or mobile number.
Step 4 – Then, you will be asked to accept Terms and Conditions.
Step 5 – In this step of registering for the online Customer Portal, you’ll be asked to provide a few personal details linked to your account.
Step 6 – To complete your online registration, you’ll receive verification prompts and one-time codes, then be asked to create a six-digit PIN and a password.
That’s it – registration complete.
